I assume you already have some basic knowledge about Mac:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You know how to install and open apps from App Store.<\/li><li>You know how to type and move cursor by trackpad or magic mouse.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Then we will split the problem into 3 steps.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Prepare<\/li><li>Create Schedule<\/li><li>Customization<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Prepare<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First at all, you need to install Numbers on your Mac. Numbers is a spreadsheet application on Mac OS. We can easily make our schedule sheet with it.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Install Numbers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can open App Store and search for \u2018Numbers\u2019, then click the \u2018Get\u2019 button. You can also click the following link to directly open Numbers in your App Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/cn\/app\/numbers\/id409203825?l=en&amp;mt=12\">https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/cn\/app\/numbers\/id409203825?l=en&amp;mt=12<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.tyorex.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-49\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Choose a Template<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the installation process has been completed, you can open Numbers.app. You will see a \u2018Choose a Template\u2019 window. If you do not see that, please click \u2018File-&gt;New\u2019 menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.tyorex.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/choose_a_template-1024x738.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-55\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will be using a schedule template because it will save us a lot of time. The template provides a well-designed font and style. What we need to do is choose a good template and fill the content in it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will find a schedule template in \u2018Personal Tab\u2019, we use it to create our schedule. Please click the \u2018Choose\u2019 button after you select \u2018Schedule\u2019 template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.tyorex.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/image-1-1024x706.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-57\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Create Schedule<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once we have opened a template, it is very easy to fill content in it. We can write the classes or tasks for each day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.tyorex.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/image-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-58\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You can change the title by double clicking it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The default time blocks is 1 hour &#8211; that means, we can schedule 1 hour for a task or class. If you want to change the time blocks, please click the drop down arrow on \u2018Time Blocks\u2019 cell. You can select time blocks from 10 minutes till 2 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you change time blocks to 30 minutes, you probably need more rows to ensure that you can schedule for the whole day. You can select the latest row and right click, then click \u2018Add Row Below\u2019. Repeat this operation until you get enough rows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tips: New rows have a default row height. It seems to not be able to fit the previous rows. We can change the row height of new rows to make them look more uniformed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.tyorex.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/image-3-1024x669.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-59\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Now we have an attractive schedule sheet. Do you want to customize it some more? No problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Customization<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We can customize almost every thing in the template, such as; title, table header, font, etc. For example, when you click on the title, you can change the font color and font size in \u2018Text View&#8217;. Let us change the title color to orange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, we can select the table header row (the first row of the table), and click the \u2018Cell View\u2019. We can change the fill color.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.tyorex.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/image-4-1024x660.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-60\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As you can see, it is very easy to make your own style from a common template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are a lot of templates in Numbers. I highly suggest you use a template while creating your spreadsheet.
